Drugstore beauty shopping is, hands down, my favorite sport (some like football; I’m into scouring aisles for mind-blowing beauty finds and bargains). Admittedly, I’m a fan of all beauty products and brands (from department store to drugstore) – but there’s something especially rewarding about finding a cheap drugstore gem that works like magic or fills a void in your current beauty routine. And my beauty product “seal of approval” is quite simple, really: if it knocks my beauty-loving socks off, I’m a fan.

Nip + Fab No Needle Fix Serum ~ This oh-so-revolutionary serum plumps your skin while also smoothing it. And yes, the word revolutionary is most certainly fitting, as this is the first high street alternative to injections (aka fillers). It literally plumps facial hollows under and around the eyes, as well as for cheek volume and contouring of the chin, forehead and nose. Younger looking skin sans the needles? I’m in! Dove VisibleCare Toning Crème Body Wash ~ More beautiful skin from a body wash? Yes, please! This body wash’s magical ingredients help improve skin’s elasticity and texture within a week. (And a smoother derriere is always a good thing!) Available at Target and Walgreens ($7).
Vaseline Cocoa Radiant Body Lotion ~ Looking for a super rich, hydrating moisturizer that smells delicious enough to eat? (Think cocoa butter with a slight hint of chocolate.) Vaseline’s Cocoa Body Lotion is, in a word, total moisturizer deliciousness (okay, that’s three words) and leaves skin feeling ultra smooth via its “3-layer” moisturizing magic.
