Posted on the 21 February 2017 by Infographixdirectory @infographixdir

Design Editor Oliver Uberti shows what went into the making of an information graphic about pharmaceuticals that make their way into our watersheds and end up in fish. EPA discovered that fish is full of drugs.

The green ones are the Antidepressants (prozac and others), the white ones you see on the fins are the generic versions of the same antidepressants.

Antihypertensive medication for air bubbles are the magenta pills. Blue pills are antihistamines and the pink pills are anti-seizure medication. The eye of the fish is also an anti-seizure medication but in a higher dose.
