I am drawing and dreaming around in the studio. Continuing the portrait studies - K being my model these days...
I was intending to do a short graphite study, before diving into a pastel, with the same composition. as the drawing was advancing, I finally got away from the photograph I was drawing from, to start exploring other lines and something - somehow - softer than what I initially going for. `

The photograph is not rendering the softness given by the blue paper used for this drawing... I will have to remember to shoot my work with a proper light.
Anyway, I like the soft yet assertive presence I got from this drawing. Maybe a pastel from this one?... we'll see...
