Jonathan Harker’s Journal
3 May. Bistritz.—Left Munich at 8:35 P.M., on 1st May, arriving at Vienna early next morning; should have arrived at 6:46, but train was an hour late. Buda-Pesth seems a wonderful place, from the glimpse which I got of it from the train and the little I could walk through the streets. I feared to go very far from the station, as we had arrived late and would start as near the correct time as possible.

DRACULA

Whomever is a cognizant of those lines above shall ready oneself for an epic TV Serie which’s recently released on NBC. King Henry VIII of Tudors, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, rises as a reimaged post-modern Count Dracula. The serie opens with “The Blood is the Life” episode directed by Steve Shill, former director of countless high-rated TV Series, that said, The Tudors, The Sopranos, The Wire and Rome.

Story: In 1896, Dracula comes to London, posing as an American entrepreneur named Alexander Grayson who wants to bring wireless energy and advanced science to the Victorian society. In reality, Dracula and his allies seek revenge on those who betrayed him centuries earlier, a secret cabal known as the Order of the Dragon. As Dracula’s plans move toward fruition, he falls hopelessly in love with Mina Murray, a woman who may be a reincarnation of his deceased wife.
