DIY Juice Cleanse at Home | What Order Should You Drink Your DIY Juices In?
I’ve posted my recipes for a DIY juice cleanse, so I thought I’d put together a suggested schedule/plan for what order to drink the juices in. You don't have to drink them in this order, this is just the way I would do it.  One thing I would say, is that your first juice of the day should be a green juice. This juice contains the most nutrients, and they will be absorbed most easily into your system if you drink it first.

The times are only a guide, and will be different based on what time you wake up and what you’re doing during the day, but basically the aim is to spread the juices out across the day. I found that you want at least 2 hours between juices. Of course, you should always start the day with warm water and lemon, and then try to wait 30 minutes before your first “meal”.

Beetroot and Carrot Juice. Have this mid-afternoon5.30pm.         Then in the late afternoon have your final Glow Getter Green Juice for the day7.30pm          Finally, have your Cashew & Brazil Nut Milk for dinnerThe idea is to drink only juice each day, along with lots of water and as much herbal tea as you like, but if you find this difficult to stick to, try replacing your breakfast and lunch with juices, and have a meal for dinner (if you do this, you don’t need the Cashew & Brazil Nut Milk). Also, try to avoid the foods outlined in my Pre-Tox post.
