I love making mini desserts for every special occasion. These witch hats are so cute and so easy to make! The fudge stripe cookies are perfect with hole in the center for the Hershey's kiss. After I put down the Hershey's kiss I surrounded it with orange frosting. It's nice to always have little treats laying around for when guests come over. Living in the city, friends and family pop in my apartment all the time so I constantly have little homemade treats laying around. And a banana bread or two....
