DIY Bath Tissue HolderDIY Bath Tissue HolderDo you ever think too much is enough? Not in my perfect world. Too much is always a good thing especially when it comes to having toilet paper. You can never have enough of it ( and that goes for my toddler who loves to play with extra toilet paper...) The best part aboutSCOTT® 1100 Bath Tissue is that it offers you 100 extra sheets per roll. It's like getting 3 extra rolls per package! #Winning! Did you also know that 1100 bath tissue is known as the "Longest roll in America"?! I'm always up for more bath tissue, especially when I or guests need it when we run out. With all that extra paper, I wanted a way to store it that was going to be functional yet cute so I came up with this DIY Bath Tissue Holder!  Here's what you'll need!

Supplies :
-Tall glass cylinder vase wide enough to fit toilet paper rolls (mine was 6" high and 6" wide)
- Pineapple Duck Tape
-Thin Washi Tape ( I used various colors )
-Scissors
Directions:
DIY Bath Tissue Holder1. To determine where to start my duck tape, I measured from the top of the vase and then ran a piece of paper around the vase to help me create a straight line, making sure it was the same distance from the top all the way around. I then used the paper as a guide and ran a piece of thin masking tape above its top of edge before removing the paper. This method just helped me create a straight line around the vase. I found that if I just went straight to wrapping around the tape it was easier to keeping it straight.
DIY Bath Tissue Holder2. I used that as a guide to line up my tape pieces. I cut similar lengths of pineapple duck tape and adhered them around the vase smoothing down with my finger nail as I went along.
DIY Bath Tissue Holder3. I added a second strand of the duct tape to the bottom of vase but thought it needed a little sparkle so I added some of the Washi tape.
DIY Bath Tissue Holder4. I aded the dark green Washi tape first, making sure it was straight and smooth as I moved the vase around. Then I put the light green on top of it and the yellow on the bottom. All the colors brought out the pineapple and I loved how it gave it a little extra touch to the holder.
DIY Bath Tissue Holder5. Enjoy the new life you gave your dusty old vase and the compliments you'll guests will give you when they come over to use your bathroom.
