I can speak from personal experience on this one. Since changing my diet my symptoms have gone completely. 100%.

Endometriosis is a common condition where pieces of tissue which make up the lining of the womb appear on the outside of the uterus. It can spread to other parts of the body too, however this is relitavely uncommon. Symptoms include:

* persistent pelvic pain

* painful/heavy periods

* infertility

* fatigue

* nausea

Diet changes can help reduce or eliminate the symptoms of endometriosis, and regenerate health. A change in diet may:

* reduce pain

* reduce inflammation

* reduce bloating

* reduce estrogen levels

* balance hormones

* reduce weight – estrogen is stored in fat. Endometriosis is fed by estrogen

* reduce toxins from additives, e numbers, pesticides, antibiotics (found in meat and dairy, bovine hormones from dairy will also affect your own hormones) and preservatives

* boost immune system

80% of immunity occurs in our intestinal tract. Love your gut for a vibrant immune system!

Foods to avoid: wheat, red meat, refined carbohydrates, caffeine, sugar, dairy, eggs, fried foods, soy, convenience foods, alcohol.

Foods to base your diet around: leafy greens, fruit, cabbage, broccoli, beans, pulses, lentils, berries, garlic, herbs and spices, apples, fennel, nuts & seeds, celery, carrots…and many more too numerous to mention!

Feel free to get in touch if you feel a change in lifestyle could help you.
