Tuesday’s Oscar nomination for Denzel Washington for his role in the hit movie Fences, makes him the most Oscar nominated Black actor in history according to reports.
Denzel, who made headlines recently when he told Bishop Jakes, that he didn’t need any more awards, that he was here to serve God, holds the record for being the black actor who has earned the most Oscar nominations in history. Morgan Freeman comes in close with a total of five Oscar nods.
