Denny’s, Papa John’s Still at Forefront of Obamacare Resentment Surcharge; Denny’s Backs Down.

Apparently, the CEO of Denny’s doesn’t WANT the chain (which knows controversy) to be the poster child for whining about the Affordable Care Act, also known as FirstBlackPresidentCare.

A Denny’s franchisee raised prices 5% then told customers if they didn’t like the price hike they could tip servers less since the servers were the main beneficiaries of FirstBlackPresidentCare, in case you hadn’t heard.

Now the CEO has told him to stop it.

I picture the scene going something like this:

Now. If we could just get Ned to give Papa a talking-to.
