From Fuggles & Warlock Craftworks in Richmond comes their "Dark Side Russian Imperial Stout". The beer pours black as night with a brown head. The aroma consists of coffee, roasted malts, ash, chocolate and floral hops. The flavour is of roasted malts, burnt coffee, chocolate, toffee, cream, ash, bitterness, resin, earth with a definite citrus hops finish. The alcohol content comes in at 9.9% with an IBU of 40. While this beer is a bit harsh for some in its youth it is very tasty and should age really well! Buy you two bottle limit at minimum and age one.
