Last year around the same time, I did my first empties video. It was quite fun, to be honest and that is why I decided to save all the products ever since. However, as they started to pile up I started to re-think my decision. The basket I was storing them in started to over flow and I had to find a bigger space to keep them all in. Then down the line I took a break from YouTube (due to lack of motivation). Each time I was cross the pile of empty bottles and tubes, I would get this nagging feeling that I need to get back to YouTube. If for no other reason, then definitely to at least shoot this particular video, for I had saved all this crap for this long!
And ... finally I did it! I shot the video. It was quite a task. I won't blame you if you can't make it through the whole thing, as I myself struggled getting through while making it. I keep saying to myself, "This is shit load of product!" However, if you do make it through the whole video, you will get a run down on all the products I used over the course of the year and what I liked and didn't like. Though few of the products were sent to my by brands to try (over the course of 1.5 years), the opinions mentioned in the video are 100% authentic. You will know, when (and if) you watch.
On an unrelated topic, after this video I even started to re-analyze the amount of stuff I use from head to toe. Sure I could do without some of the products. Some are pure luxury, while others have been sent to me by brands and the OCD in me can't get things go to waste - but still! Is it just me? Or do any of you use as many products on your body? I need a reality check!
