Cranberry & Walnut Bliss Balls

By Tonicnutrition1

Cranberry and walnut bliss balls. I can’t think if many easier recipes than just squeezing all your favorite ingredients into balls. Great for the novice and great for kids.  You don’t really need to measure anything,  just throw it in there. My favorite way to create!

1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 cup dessicated coconut

7 medjool or other pitted dates

2 tbsp chopped nuts

2 cups rolled oats (I use Quaker as they’re gluten free)

Half cup cranberries

Pinch salt

3 tbsp maple syrup

5 tbsp coconut oil

1 top vanilla extract

Blend the nuts, coconuts, salt and dates in a food processor.

Warm the oats on a hot pan with the maple syrup, vanilla and coconut oil. Mix in the other ingredients.

Allow to cool before squeezing into balls. 🙏
