From Tofino Brewing out of Tofino on Vancouver Island comes their "Cosmic Wave Double IPA". The beer pours an orange colour with an off white head. The aroma consists of resin, mango, citrus, caramel and floral hops. The flavour is of and bitterness. There are some alcohol notes in the flavour for sure but at 9% that is not to surprising. This Double IPA is on the sweeter side of the spectrum but is still quite tasty.
