A North Dallas auto shop called Gas Monkey Garage that specializes in restoring classic cars to newfound glory is already the subject of a popular Discovery Channel show called Fast 'N Loud, and now there's apparently a themed "state of the art dining and live music venue" called Gas Monkey Bar N' Grill in the works. According to an otherwise bare OpenTable profile, Gas Monkey Bar N' Grill will be located at 10261 Technology Boulevard near I-35 and Northwest Highway (aka Wonderland of Chain Restaurants and Strip Clubs). A help wanted ad on Craigslist purports a chance to join "the fastest growing brand on global television," which naturally has "future plans to launch in other markets."Stay tuned for updates!
