This week alone we secured a beer and wine license and are working towards completing the application in order to assign it to our LLC and the location.
We are learning that this is a time intensive, slow, deliberate process which requires hours of work and dozens of forms. All we are doing is tackling one agency at a time.
As we go along on this journey, we want to update you with some of the fun parts we look forward to. We marked off our wine tasting room, wine and beer bar, retail space and lounge area. Using these measurements, we brought in some contractors to give us quotes on construction so we can work through some cost figures.
Our family, friends and business contacts continue to support and encourage us as we move towards opening. Very soon, we will post "before" photos from inside the store so you can watch our progress as well.
