Comic Fair Barcelona

Ok, it’s that time of the year and Comic Fair Barcelona is upon us once again and this year will be the 29th edition.

It will take place at  Hall number 8 in the Fira de Barcelona.  Access will be available at Avenue Maria Cristina

Among some of the things lined up for this year’s Comic Fair  there will be a presentation to do with the zombie genre and its impact on popular culture.

Comic Fair Barcelona – Invited Guests

For another year the Comic Fair Barcelona has an extensive list of invited foreign authors, that includes such names as Kurt Busiek and Brent Anderson, creators of the acclaimed series Star City and the scriptwriter Garth Ennis, creator of works like Preacher, The Authority or Crossed.

Eddie Campbell will present us with detective’s Black Diamond agency and Charlie Adlard, British comic book artist who’s projects include The Walking Dead will also be there.

German author Reinhard Kleist is also presenting a comic book biography of Fidel Castro simply called “Castro”..

France will be represented at the comic fair Barcelona by stars of the calibre of Arthur De Pins, Camille Jourdy who was rewarded in the edition of 2010 of the Festival of Angulema and the recognized French author Edmond Baudoin.
