I was faced with an error 'com.google.process.gapps has stopped' I tried using the playstore , but it just kept crashing on me. ( screen shots below of the error I get)After a bit of googling I came up no decent advice, apart from wipe this,wipe that!
One page had the answer for me. Somewhere along the way the download manager had been disabled and was causing this error so once enabled everything was fixed. Simple as that. To get to the app settings you press menu>settings>apps>all then scroll to the bottom.Hope this stops someone wiping their device unnecessarily
