ColourPop Super Shock Shadow in Amaze Is, Well, Amazing

By Kwilliford @ExquisiteEczema
I love eyeshadows. They have always been my favorite makeup product. That being said, I have a ton of eyeshadow and I can't remember ever hitting pan on one. That is why Amaze is a monumental product in my collection. ColourPop shadows are in my top two favorite eyeshadow formulas.

Amaze is a stunning metallic rose gold with gold shimmer. I love wearing this on the lid by itself with a little mascara, or paired with winged liner and a darker color in the crease. This is also a great shade to pair with a pop of color.

This is a creamy, spongy shadow, so it is best to apply it with your fingers and blend with a brush to soften the edges. I have never experienced any creasing or fading. Or fallout. The pigment is nice, but I do have to build it up a little bit to get Amaze to full opacity. However, it is still superior to almost every powder eyeshadow I have ever used.
The texture has just the slightest hint of grit, but the shadow is still very smooth and creamy.
I have a ton of ColourPop shadows and I love them all, but this one remains my favorite because it is so versatile. It goes with just about everything and it can be used for both soft and dramatic looks. If you are looking to try ColourPop, but are a little overwhelmed by the color selection, Amaze is a great place to start. If you want to get it, you can find Amaze here.
Just be sure to keep the lid on tight. Otherwise, it will dry out. And no one wants that.
