Frosty Air is a white base with small blue glitters and medium gold glitters. It has a good formula and is opaque in three coats. No need to layer it over white. I decided to do a double accent by stamping an image in blue from the BP-28 plate.I really like the softness of Frosty Air. What do you guys think of it?
