Tucked away in the Castle Arcade is one of the cutest and loveliest little cafes...Coffee Barker...
As it was full inside we sat outside where there was plenty of space and with tables as cute as this how could we resist...just loved the little blankets...
As soon as we walked in we knew we wanted one of the paninis...although our minds were nearly changed after seeing the soup in a mini saucepan with the rustic bread...and the giant jacket potatoes...both looking delicious too...
We both left the standard soft drink/tea and coffee staple and went for smoothies and milk shakes...me the Strawberry and Banana smoothie and Katie the mint milkshake...which on all accounts was very refreshing...
When the paninis came we were like wow...these are going to be amazing...and the so were...one chicken, mozzarella and pesto and one meatball with mascarpone....mmmm delicious...
They do homemade cakes and lovely looking teas in old fashioned pots so definitely a destination for a break from the shops without heading for the chains...
Yummy...will definitely be returning...
