Coca Cola Loses Another Doctor Organization

The obscene partnerships where Coca Cola has been paying hundreds of millions of dollars to health organizations are coming to an end, and the stampede to get away from the Coca Cola problem continues to accelerate.

Yesterday another termination was made public. Coke's million$ partnership with American College of Cardiology, representing 43,000 physicians and other cardiovascular professionals, will be terminated at the end of this year. ACC has been paid $3.2 million of sugar money since 2010.

Other organizations who'll no longer take Coke's sugar money after the end of this year - announced earlier - includes the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

That any of these organizations ever found it acceptable to take Coca-Cola money boggles the mind. Here are more organizations that should sever any remaining ties ASAP:
