A mini January explorations photo diary. ‘Find beauty in the little things everyday’ is quickly becoming my mantra of choice.
Weekends have recently been about city explorations until it’s an acceptable time of year to venture further afield.
Sophia and I mostly like heading over to Sheung Wan on Hong Kong Island and meandering up the slopes and stairs in hunt of cool street art, cute coffee houses and other odds and ends. We actually often stumble across people shooting outfit photos as well as pre-wedding photoshoots around these parts! It’s so picturesque in a mishmash sort of way. The old and the new. You can see the infamous mirrored skyscrapers but with scores of antique shops below. I snapped these on my phone earlier in the month and just think the whole concrete jungle aesthetic is super simple and photogenic.
One day, every single place that you’ve been will be completely different to how you remembered it, so pause and take a moment.
