By Veronica46

These Sour Dough waffles are full of cinnamon and apple goodness. They are the perfect treat for #Brunchweek.

This post is sponsored in conjunction with #BrunchWeek. I received product samples from sponsor companies to aid in the creation of the #Brunchweek recipes. All opinions are mine alone.

Cinnamon Apple Sour Dough Waffles #brunchweek

I am so excited that it is #Brunchweek! This is my 4th year participating and I am really stoked to be sharing all the recipes of my fellow bloggers. I love the sense of community that #Brunchweek represents.

I wanted to do something with my Red Star Sour Dough Starter since I have some in the refrigerator. I love the tangy taste it gives a lot of breads and I thought it would be great to incorporate it into a pancake or waffle. Monkey Girl suggested waffle so waffles it is.
