Chubby Girl Gets Skinny: Lifestyle Diary 5.7

I am so happy to be starting a lifestyle change. I had a delicious breakfast! My lunch was pretty good too! I didn't do well at watching portions this week. It is going to be my goal for next week too! I am going to dive into portion control! I had a quick dinner. It was so hot outside today so I had some chocolate ice cream. I really need to start eating better!

I did my 10-minute strength training today! I am so happy that I have begun to strength train. I also spent some time outside today! I love being outside!

The lovely Brie from Laqing in Creativity is joining me in this journey. It is so important to encourage others and I would love to have all of you join me (even if you aren't a blogger). Make sure you follow her along in her journey here! She is so lovely and I am just beyond proud of her. We are also working on a project for June that will make it easy for you all to join us! It will be like one big lifestyle change family. If you are a blogger, it will also be a way to gain more exposure. I can't wait to share it with you all! I want it to be a place where women and men of all sizes can come and share their journey! Everyone will be welcome!

Today's Thought-Provoking Question:

Q: If you were guaranteed the correct answer to one question, what would you ask?

A: I would probably ask...where will my blog be in 5 years? I would be so interested in knowing where blogging will take me! What about you? What would you ask?

I worked on the blog for so long today! I am getting ready to officially launch #CGGS! I am so excited to see where CGGS goes! I have been working on blog templates and I even have a button that you can install on your blog to promote the group. I will explain all these in an upcoming post!

I didn't do so well at my food goals this week. I was craving bad food so much! I need to work on portion control and eating more healthy options. I need to eat more often but eat the right foods. I am so happy that I FINALLY accomplished my 6:30 AM wake up goal. It feels so good to wake up earlier in the morning. I did all my workouts for this week which felt great too! I hope next week I really focus on eating better. I can't wait to see what next week brings.

Exciting News! The CGGS (Chubby Girls Get Skinny) Facebook has been created! It will officially launch June 1st! However, we would love for you to join and be ready! This is going to be life-changing and a way for all of us to support each other in our healthy lifestyles. Note: You don't have to be "chubby" and you don't need to have weight loss as a goal to join the group! We will accept anyone that wants to change any part of their lifestyle! I can't wait for all of us to connect and reach our goals. I have so many exciting plans in store for the future of CGGS. A more in-depth post will be coming soon!
