'Last minute' may seem a bit extreme as we haven't even hit December yet, however, if you're like me, all the decs will be up already! I know, I know... I don't even have the excuse of little ones tugging on my trousers every 5 minutes asking me to put the tree up. To be honest, I was the one begging Warren to let me put them up, I'm like a big kid at Christmas and I was SO excited.
This year, the colours I'm going for is red, gold and white. Whilst I have most of my actually Christmas decorations, I would love to get a few more bit for the house as I have never really done that before. The cushion and the throw are gorgeous, Christmassy but not too much! I love the thought of bringing out specific christmas cushions to add to the feel and warmth.
The moroccan style lights are lovely and again, not too Christmassy. Knowing me, I would probably keep these out all year round in my living room! Crackers are something I never used to use as a decoration except for on Christmas day on the table. This year, I have put some on the tree and really like the effect so I was thinking of getting some more to pop around the house with other little Christmas ornaments! Speaking of ornaments.. this snow globe is just adorable. You know it's Christmas when the Coca Cola advert comes out so this link in nicely with that!
Last but not least, I find nice Christmas card holders really hard to find. This one above is cute and I do love a bit of gingham. It doesn't hold many cards but I like to keep things minimalistic anyway ;)
