chocolate sauce - diy christmas gift ideas

chocolate sauce made with dark chocolate, cocoa powder, jaggery and water.

DIY edible gifts are trending now and i want to make this theme for this season. This recipe came into my mind suddenly, when i thought for posting Christmas recipes this year.Hot chocolate DIY is quite popular,so for a different and at the same time, this is healthy one with jaggery, so decided to post a chocolate sauce recipe. You can replace the dark chocolate with chocolate morsels or chips and you can also double the quantity if you are gifting in large mason jars.

I already made chocolate sauce for the churros recipe which i posted earlier, there i used normal sugar for the recipe. The last picture is the end product where you can easily make this within minutes.Just make sure the jaggery melted and combined well.Simmer it in low flame for a minute or so,then switch off the flame. The sauce should be in pouring consistency.Once it cools down completely,it will thicken automatically.I paired this for gingerbread donuts, which is a delicious yeast free donuts recipe, will be up in blog soon.Tag the recipe instruction in a card and attach it along with the jar.lets move on making.,
