Hello all... I baked a chocolate cake for the first time to perfection.. And it tasted yummy...(eggless/cooker cake). The cake was so spongy and damn good. I will be redoing it again again. Will try it with a proper frosting soon.
Here I am sharing the pictures and the recipe. Its quite simple and can be easily done.
Ingredients:
Maida (refined Flour) - 250 gms
Milk- 400 ml
Oil- 200 ml
Sugar- 200 gms
Vanilla Essence- 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder- 3 tbsp
Baking soda- 1 tsp
Method:

Sieve refined flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda and slowly add milk and make to a smooth paste without lumps.
Add oil and mix well. I put all to a blender and blend it to a smooth paste.
Heat a pressure cooker with sand. Do not use gasket.
Now when sand is heated well, simmer the flame.

Take an aluminum vessel and grease it with oil, pour the paste for about 1.5 inch high.
Place it above the sand. Close the cooker without gasket and leave for 45 minutes.
After that, using a toothpick, prick the cake and see if its non sticky, the cake is done.
Now take it out from the cooker and allow it to cool down completely. Slowly cut into pieces and remove.
Yummy cake ready.
