Not going to lie! I was VERY CONCERNED when this was one of our picks. It's a body-con turtleneck dress, and the material looked very stretchy in a not-so-classy way when I saw it online. However, I was very pleasantly surprised because it is double-layered (aka it's lined) and very flattering! HA! That's the beauty of our series. You think, "That's totally NOT my style!" And then BAM, I actually like it!
THE STYLE Rx: A turtleneck dress is a great foundation piece for Fall/Winter. It's perfect to wear on it's own or layered with a vest/jacket/scarf. Get a edgy look with a moto jacket or a classic look with a blazer.
The dress would be cute to wear to work or for a casual holiday get-together with a fur vest and knee-high boots. Right now, only the grey color is available but it's on sale for $46! Hooray!
Cathy is so cute in her scarf and fringe mules. Heather and I had the same idea to pair it with a moto jacket, but I'm wearing fringe booties and she has on sandals. You can choose the shoe based on the weather! Brooke is sassy in her OTK boots and ruched the sides up to shorten the hem! I hope the gals don't kill me for posting that last pic, but it makes me smile because we're having so much fun!
BTW, those are the comfiest boots ever! The stacked heel and cushioned footbed are FANTASTIC for running around all day!
