Chesapeake Bay Cashews

There is no doubt about it, when cooking any kind of seafood, my most go to spices is Old Bay Seasoning. I think it goes well on a lot of things.

I had the bright idea to add it to some Cashews and boy are they good!

I have been toying with the idea of making these for quite some time.

I always think about it when I go to the mall.  I can smell those nuts that they roast. It is so intoxicating. I am drawn to it, I tell myself that I will eat just a few and take it home for the family to enjoy.

Who am I kidding?

By the time I am finished at the mall, it is all gone. I throw that cone in the garbage and no one is the wiser. I love the cinnamon ones, but I think I am partial to the  savory ones too. That is how I came up with this idea.

The spice possibilities are endless.  All you need  is your imagination.

This is a perfect game day snack. Just make sure you make plenty, because these puppies sure are addictive. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
