Good day lovelies! We had some left over bread this morning so I decided to make this super easy and delicious snack.  This is a great alternative for your traditional pizza.  Got this idea a long time ago from YouTube and the first time I tried it, it was so yummy I have to share the recipe with you.  Also, I am a little behind with answering posts, so I will be blog hopping and answering all of your comments later so comment away and leave your blog links so I can visit your blogs.  I really love reading your inspiring posts.  Now onto the recipe :)Cheesy Hot Pizza Dip with Crunchy Garlic Bread
First gather your ingredients:
1.  Bacon bits or any toppings of your choice
2.  You favorite cheese
3.  A small sachet of mayonnaise
4.  Half a block of cream cheese
5.  Pre-prepared pizza sauce
6.  ParmesanCheesy Hot Pizza Dip with Crunchy Garlic BreadFor our garlic bread, you will need the following:
1.  Garlic, grated
2.  Leftover bread of your choice
3.  Pizza seasoning
4.  ButterCheesy Hot Pizza Dip with Crunchy Garlic BreadOkay, now that we have everything, let's start!  In a shallow microwavable bowl, mix half a block of cream cheese, a small sachet of mayonnaise, Parmesan, and a bit of pizza seasoning.  Mix all ingredients together until homogeneously combined.  I added a bit of mayonnaise for the tangy flavor but if you don't like it, leave it out :)  Once the all are well combined, just cover the bowl evenly with the mixture.Cheesy Hot Pizza Dip with Crunchy Garlic BreadNext, get your pre-prepared pizza sauce.  I love the Italian version but you can use the sweet one if you wish.  Layer it over the cream cheese mixture like you see below.Cheesy Hot Pizza Dip with Crunchy Garlic BreadNow, get your favorite cheese.  I love using leftover cheese for pizzas and hot dips.  Sprinkle it over the sauce until covered.  I used some leftover cheese slices and some Parmesan.  Mozarella would be nice or any quick-melting cheese.Cheesy Hot Pizza Dip with Crunchy Garlic BreadNext, add your toppings.  I had bacon bits on hand so I used those but you can use pepperoni, mushroom, bell pepper, ham, olives, anchovies, or anything you want.  Basil and tomatoes would be a simple but excellent choice too :)  Now, set this aside while we prepare our crunchy garlic bread.Cheesy Hot Pizza Dip with Crunchy Garlic BreadSlice the bread about one-fourth inch thick.  I used leftover pandesal from breakfast but you can use baguette or ciabatta for this.Cheesy Hot Pizza Dip with Crunchy Garlic BreadNow prepare your spread.  In a clean bowl, place melted butter followed by grated garlic and pizza seasoning.  Mix all three together until butter is spreadable.Cheesy Hot Pizza Dip with Crunchy Garlic BreadNext, spread the butter mixture onto both sides of the bread.  Don't skimp on your spread, I even dipped mine! :)  You can sprinkle extra pizza seasoning if you want.  Oh, if you can't find pizza seasoning, use the following herbs:  Dried basil, dried oregano, dried marjoram, garlic and onion powder and some paprika or chili powder if you like.Cheesy Hot Pizza Dip with Crunchy Garlic BreadNow all we have to do is to toast the bread slices on a toaster until they are golden brown.  As for our hot pizza dip, just pop it in the microwave for a minute or two on high or until the cheese melts and you are done!Cheesy Hot Pizza Dip with Crunchy Garlic BreadServe your cheesy hot pizza dip and crunchy garlic bread hot.  I super love this combination.  My perfect kind of snack :)Cheesy Hot Pizza Dip with Crunchy Garlic BreadI hope you enjoyed today's recipe!
