Cheese Garlic Bread

Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread – perfect to go with pasta dishes or soups or simply by itself! It doesn’t get better then a warm slice of cheesy garlic bread straight from the oven! So easy and so good, you won’t be able to stop eating it!

Cheese and bread are one of those things that I can never give up, really. <3"><3"><3 This bread has a perfect garlicky taste and gooey cheese on top. You can’t say no to it!

15 – 20 minutes of your tine and its ready – for the people who want a quick breakfast or brunch – on occasions, you can also make this garlic bread and serve with any soup for lunch or dinner or you may simply serve cheesy garlic bread with tomato ketchup or chili sauce or green chutney. They can also be served as a starter snack for get-togethers or parties. This delectable cheesy garlic bread will delight your guests or family members.

You may use any bread and cheese of your choice and also add the herbs or spices of your choice. The recipe is made in an oven, but you can also make on a heavy bottomed tawa/skillet. Cheese Garlic Bread

Ingredients

8 to 10 slices of bread

4 – 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped

½ cup grated mozzarella

1 tbsp. Amul butter

1 small onion, chopped

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. red chilli powder

½ tsp. black pepper powder/mixed herbs

Method

Heat butter in microwave for 3-4 seconds and add the chopped garlic in this butter immediately and mix it. Now preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Cut all the bread slices into halves and spread this garlic flavoured butter on it (be generous). Now put the chopped onion and mozzarella on the loaf.

Bake this in preheated oven till mozzarella is melted and starts to change color brown and the bread is crisp (approx. 7 to 8 minutes).

Remove out of the oven and sprinkle some salt, red pepper powder and black pepper poder and serve hot! Enjoy!
