Jetting off somewhere nice this summer? As all us girls know we have to be primped and preened before we even set foot on that plane and if your looking for somewhere to get your nails done I have just the place to start your holiday early…

I usually walk in to a nail bar and have a quick mani before rushing off to do something else (in the process probably smudging my nails) But MW Nails is one nail salon that will keep your Instagrams’ attention.

The salon is based around the interior of an airplane, well not just based around they even used real planes…

“Ranging from an ex-American Airlines Boeing 737 that used to do the west coast California run to First Class seats from Air France we use 100% authentic Boeing interiors. With everything designed around giving you First Class treatments and service, you’re certain to leave our salons feeling fabulous.”

Now if you’re thinking it’s all just a huge gimmick then you’d be wrong, the staff are pleasant, the manicures are great and the hand massages are amazing!

As you enter the salon you “check in” at the arrivals desk and you are handed your boarding card, which you fill in. You are then seated in the plane seats and asked to pick a color for your nails. Your nail technician AKA cabin crew (how cute!) then takes you to your seat where she gives you your treatment.

My Perfect Panama manicure was perfect timing as I was heading to the BAFTAs the next day, and choose a nude color to compliment my dress.

The girls the also do amazing nail art and they are very accommodating, a woman ran in while I was having my treatment and it was her wedding day and a nail had smudged so they squeezed her in to make sure she had perfect nails for her big day!

So if you fancy a high-flying nail experience check out MW nails.
