Charles Worthington Intense Rescue Melting Balm

By Clairedoesbeauty01 @Clairesbeautyb
I don't know about you, but this damp and freezing cold weather is playing havoc with my hair not to mention my over styling with the help of some hot tools, bad i know, so it is no surprise to me that my hair has been looking a little dry, dull and in need of some sprucing up and a quick trim wouldn't go a miss either! Roll on a few weeks and my hair is definitely looking and feeling a lot more smoother and softer, still need that trim though, and it's all thanks to Mr Charles Worthington!

Charles Worthington Intense Rescue Melting Balm is from the Salon at Home Secrets collection and has been my absolute savior in keeping my hair from looking less dry and damaged, nothing like giving your locks some pampering they deserve. The product it's self  is a hard balm that melts into a sumptuous oil in the palm of your hand and smells bloody amazing too, containing oils such as coconut, sweet almond, avocado and shea butter this balm truly sinks into my hair leaving it feeling well nourished and cared for as well as restoring the condition of my hair which is something that i was looking for. Scraping out a teaspoon size of balm and letting it melt i then run my fingers through my hair focusing on the ends as that is the driest part of my hair and i find that taking it up higher through the lengths of my hair makes it appear greasy looking so i do avoid that area. Leaving the oil soaking into my hair for 20 minutes or sometimes a bit longer i am free to carry on doing other things, after rinsing the out he oil i then shampoo and condition as normal, my hair is left feeling softer than ever and silky smooth. I would only use this once a week or even once a month for my hair or just when i think it could do with a good pampering session!
At £16.99 it's certainly not the cheapest but a real luxury product for when your hair is just not looking it's best and would last quite a while as well.
Have you tried this? What are your favorite hair masks?
