I think I have the charity shop bug again, I couldn’t resist having a little look around a couple of local shops on my day off. I used to pop in all the time but I seem to have got out of the habit recently, something I want to change as I realised how much I enjoy scouting out pretty vintage treasures. On this visit I found a very large book of botanical prints full of beautiful pictures which might inspire me to create some of my own illustrations.
I also found a rather lovely serving plate with a vintage floral pattern. For £1.50 I couldn’t leave it behind, besides you can never have too many plates.
