It does seem like just yesterday that we had unveiled our 128 contenders and started accepting your completed brackets … and now we are down to just 4. These 4 quotes have been battle tested and won the right to represent their brackets… and to further help 2 Eric and Sookie Lovers win a signed copy of Deadlocked!
It is with great honor, I present to you The Final Four.
Drum roll please 
Representing the Bracket A is a quote that struck such a chord with everyone voting… it just took down the Number 1 seed in our tournament! From Dead in the Family:
”While you were with Neave and Lochlan, I suffered with you. I hurt with you. I bled with you… not only because we are bonded, but because of the love I have for you.”
The Eric and Sookie moment representing the B Bracket is considered one of the TOP Eric and Sookie Moments from the entire series. From Club Dead we have:
“Let go,” he advised me, and I loosened my grip on his hands. “No, not of me,” he said, smiling. “You can hold onto me as long as you want. Let go of the pain, Sookie. Let go. You need to drift away.”
It was the first time I had relinquished my will to someone else.
Our Elite 8 round for the Bracket C gave us a tough decision to make between 2 worthy quotes. But, alas, only 1 could win. Also from Dead in the Family:
“I love you. And you are my wife in the only way that matters to me.”
Our Bracket D Elite 8 match up was no easy decision to make. In fact… it had to have an over time round to determine the winner! From the book From Dead to Worse (and our only remaining 1 seed):
“Sitting here on your bed, smelling your scent,” he said in a voice so low I had to strain to hear it. “Sookie… I remember everything.”
