We seem to be having a springtime heatwave here in Wine Country. Last week it was cold, windy, and pouring rain (which, was actually quite lovely, considering we are very low on water supply). However I don't think anyone expected these 80 degree temperatures!

The kind people over at Sammy Dress wrote to me and offered me any item of my choosing; So I chose this lightweight cotton blouse. I love it! It's so easy and effortless - perfect for the hot weather we've been having. (Even more perfect? It's less than $9?!) I know that a couple years ago I had a few readers ask if I ever just wear "jeans and a t-shirt". Here it is! This is me at my very most casual: minimal make up (foundation and lip balm), hair tied up, and overall everything kept low maintenance.
Have you heard of Sammy Dress? This was my first time browsing their site, and they have a great selection of items: from bags and jewelry, to make up and clothing.
