Over the years airborne LIDAR has become a proven technology for providing accurate digital elevation models (DEMs) thus increasing the use and demand of this geomatics technology. I often hear people ask where they can find LIDAR jobs as there are no real dedicated LIDAR job board out there on the web.
And although many people may say that there are not many LIDAR jobs out there, sometimes you just need to know how to and where to find them. One of the best things to do is locate websites of LIDAR data vendors and start there or check below for some Canadian LIDAR jobs.
