Cabbage Egg Noodles

Sunday evening is when all of us are at home, sitting in front of TV to watch a good movie. And thats when our tummy will yearn for some snacky tasty food. I always have noodles at home , the white noodles and not the instant one.
I make it with a twist each time and we all enjoy it including my 3 year old. I made the cabbage egg noodles with garam masala and it was super yumm. For more white noodles recipe Click HERE

Ingredients:
Noodles - 1 packet
Water- 1 litre
Salt as per taste
Oil- 3 tbsp
Cabbage- 1 cup shredded
Eggs- 2
Garam Masala- 1 tsp
Pepper- 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Method:
Cabbage Egg Noodles Boil noodles in 1 liter water with salt for 4 minutes.
Drain the noodles and wash with cold water and set adisde.
Heat a wok with 3 tbsp of oil and fry the ginger garlic paste.
Cabbage Egg Noodles Add shredded cabbage and add little salt and fry cabbage till crisp.
Add eggs and scramble them well with cabbage till roaste and dry.
Add garam masala and pepper and stir well.
Cabbage Egg Noodles Add noodles and mix well to coated the masala and egg cabbage evenly. Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Cabbage Egg Noodles
