When my 5 year old performed in her Ballet recital last week I knew she would be thrilled to see our extended family there to see the show. We always get her flowers to show her how much we love her and how well she did. This year the best part wasn’t the look on her face as she got bouquet upon bouquet of roses and daisies. I bent down and before I gave them to her told her how proud I was to be her mom and how much I loved her. That smile was bigger than any I have got via flowers.
