Colin Bissenden from British Gas explains how some boilers require ventilation to operate correctly. Ventilation should be kept clear at all times as lack of ventilation can result in a build-up of Carbon monoxide. Colin recommends that a carbon monoxide detector is installed and regularly checked that it is working correctly.
