1. EXT. BRIDGE, NEW YORK, DAY, 1977
We see two long LINCOLN CONTINENTALS chasing each other. In a black CONTINENTAL is the short fat, balding 50-odd Italian Mafia boss DON TANCREDI and in the other, MACK MCCOY, black American, afro-haired, 35-ish, in a white Lincoln with darts fired from the grille. TANCREDI's windows deflects a dart and instead the dart is flung through MCCOY's open window, into his neck. TANCREDI's long, slender jug-eared, Aryan henchman, LUNG jumps out of the black CONTINENTAL and enters MCCOY's white CONTINENTAL, and  takes suitcases full of money out if it, puts them into the black CONTINENTAL and stays in the black car, as TANCREDI's CONTINENTAL pushes MCCOY's CONTINENTAL off the bridge into the sea.
CUT - STOCK FOOTAGE OF PLANE LEAVING NEW YORK.
CUT - We see POLICE FIAT 500S chasing MOTORCYCLISTS through CAFÉS, while a moustachioed INSPECTOR DABRAST runs over a bannister, and crushes a BALD HENCHMAN's head on it.
