This is the most practical shirt dress you could ever wear!! I bought it from Forever21 in the sale for about £8; I'm not even sure why it was in the sale! It can be dressed up or down. I chose to dress it down with some ankle boots (from UO), but it equally could have taken you THERE with silver barely there heels and a clutch!
(Side note: I miss this hairstyle!)
