Book Review: Mr Men Christmas Tree
Mr Men Christmas Tree is a book written by Roger Hargreaves and illustrated by Adam Hargreaves.  The book is suitable for aged 3 and above.  It was released on 29th August 2013 and is published by Egmont.
It is paperback containing about 32 pages.  The font is small but easy to read. Each page is very nicely illustrated with a Christmas theme.
The story is all about Mr Forgetful.  From his name, you might guess what he has forgotten.  Actually it's not Christmas, but in fact he forgets to buy a tree for Santa so that he can leave his presents under it.  As it so last minute, there are no more trees available.  So he sets off by himself to the forest to chop down a tree and of course he forgets to bring his saw and most importantly he forgets his way home.  Luckily, Santa comes to rescue him from the forest and give him a tree for a present!  This is what Mr Forgetful really wants for Christmas after all!
Ms C is so cute that she really thinks Santa will know what everyone wants for Christmas.  I didn't spoil her thoughts.  I bet she is thinking of a huge list of toys for Santa to buy.  This is a very lovely and enjoyable book to read with my children to get them into this magical festive mood!
Disclosure: We have received the book to do an honest review.
