Air China is the flag carrier of the People’s Republic of China. Air China approaches SFO after a long flight from Beijing. With close to 700 produced (1988-2009), the 747-400 is the best-selling model of the Boeing 747 family of airliners. Three of these older 747 aircraft are in the Air China fleet.
