Please tell us what your blog about?
WRECKLESS is a fashion & lifestyle blog. You can find some styling tips, ootd, lookbooks that I love, DIY projects I did, music playlists, etc. It’s pretty much a mishmash of things I love and things that makes me happy.
What inspired you to start your blog?
I always been passionate by fashion. I like developing my personal style and sharing inspirations with others. At first I started blogging just for fun on my free time, but it really became a passion for me through the years.
When did you start your blog?
I started blogging a few years ago. If I remember correctly, I created my first personal blog back in 2007.
How do you motivate yourself to keep the blog up and running?
It motivates me when I get direct feedback from my readers. It makes me feel like I’ve connected with them and might have inspired them in a certain way. I love the bloggers community as well. It’s motivating to interact with other people that have the same passion as you!
What do you find the most frustrating aspect of blogging?
Let’s be honest, there are so many blogs out there that it can be hard to be noticed. It’s also harder to collaborate with international brands if you don’t have a certain amount of followers/traffic and it can be quite frustrating at the beginning. I think it’s important not to put too much pressure on ourselves and just build our audience one post at a time.
In the future where do you hope your blog will take you?
One of my craziest dream would be to make a living out of it, but more realistically speaking, I would love to work with some of my favorite brands and be recognized as a fashion blogger reference.
Have you met anyone interesting/famous on your blogging journey?
I connected with a lot of interesting bloggers online, but haven’t met anyone famous yet though. Looking forward to it!
If you could do only ‘one thing’ today then what would it be?
I’d take a one way ticket to California and then write a blog post on my laptop while enjoying the beach!
