From Doan's Craft Brewing Company in East Vancouver comes their "Black Lager". The beer pours a deep brown colour with a brown head. The aroma consists of roasted coffee, roasted malts and earth. The flavour is of coffee, roasted malts, some caramel, ash and mild bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 5% with an IBU of 30. I am really loving the Black Lager these days. They have tons of flavour unlike other styles of lager!
