THE SHOWS Madam Secretary I've really never been a fan of Tea Leoni's before. I really can't stand her husband, David Duchovny and couldn't get over the fact that she actually loves the guy and sleeps in the same bed with him (although I have no confirmation of either of those two things). I didn't know if I would be able to get past all that and enjoy Madam Secretary, but I am officially in. I think I surprisingly, have a bit of a girl crush on Elizabeth McCord. I love her clothes, her hair, her husband, her kids and her glasses. I love the way she walks, I love that she's an awesome golfer and I love that she knows how to speak every language. She's adjusting to her new gig pretty well don't you think? This week she had 2 issues to deal with. Yemen unrest and the daughter none of us knew she had, quitting college. The prez let her do whatever she needed to do to save the Yemen Ambassador, so she hired this hot guy name Mr. Bishop and his company, to go into Yemen, and rescue her guy. In the middle of the Yemen crisis, she and her awesome husband (I have a secret theory about him just remember that I said this so when I'm right I can refer back to this as the I TOLD YOU SO moment) gave the college quitter a one year reprieve with the stipulation that she get a job. She almost got one, ALMOST!  If only she had a college education.
The Voice
Yeah…I'm still watching the Monday edition. I could have watched more Transparent or a movie or Monday Night Football, but I just went with easy and fun instead. Dylan and I covered our eyes and hit our imaginary buttons for some of the contenders, but without cool chairs, after a while, we got bored. D left to do who- knows-what and I went to Candy Crush and Kelly & Michael (Ben Affleck was on). Same old same old. You know the drill. Same clothes, same chemistry, same banter, I can sort of profile the contestants and predict which judge they'll pick at a high rate of success. When you want easy, light and fun. That's really all it is for me.

The Jenny Garth Project

I've had a few episodes of this one in my DVR for a while. You know I support anything my 90210'ers do. With Jenny and Tori's show, Mystery Girls, already cancelled, I figured I'd check out this one. Jenny and Tori both need dough. Tori's doing part 2 of her reality show and Jenny's doing this show. I'm not a huge HGTV viewer in general, but like most of us, I love a good renovation and that's what this show is. Jenny bought a house and she's totally gutting it and for the first time, she's making all the decisions herself. There are 2 things that I love about Jenny aside from her taste. 1) She rolls up her sleeves, gets dirty and isn't afraid to do some of the work herself. I mean the girl actually vacuumed out old insulation from her attic and walls. 2) She really looks like a regular person when she's not all done up in hair and make-up. Seeing what she looked like during her renovation made me think that with a little money and time, I too could star in my own cheesy show on ABC Family. Season Pass Jenny!
THE OTHER STUFF

-NBC's planning a three-way…CROSSOVER! Get your minds out of the gutter people. Law & Order SVU, Chicago PD and Chicago Fire. November Sweeps stunt at its finest.  Sunday nights Family Guy/Simpsons crossover worked out pretty well, check out those numbers!
Tuesday's Trivia Question: Bebe Neuworth currently stars alongside Tea Leoni in Madam Secretary. What was her characters name on Cheers & Frasier? More bonus if you remember their son's name too.
