I can't believe I left this out of the post about last week. Guess it is so big it deserves a post of it's own!
Wanna guess you is in underwear??! Yep, this guy right here!
He has worn them off and on at home for the past month or so and the entire time he was with my sis while we were away he did pullups and underwear. We had gone back to pullups when we sent him to school the beginning of last week but there and at home he was doing so well. We did it cold turkey style with SK when she was ready and we really felt that OM was ready to take the plunge. So Friday after school he started his full-time big boy underwear experience! He is sooooo proud to be in them.
We do still have a little problem with him not telling us before he poops so we aren't 100% but we are not doing diapers or pullups anymore! And he stays dry at night! Except the night we went out to eat late, drank lots and then came home and went almost straight to bed. Totally my fault on that one.
He went to bible class and did awesome! Today is his first day back to school (stayed with the grandparents yesterday) and he has the sweetest teacher who is just as thrilled for him as we are. We are going to work together to help with the poop issue but overall Yay for OM!!!
He will walk around telling us that he has big boy underwear like we do.
Any advise on the poop problem please let me know what worked for you. SK never had that problem. I know it will click at some point but sooner rather than later would be awesome!
