Best of the Wedding Blogs — a Belated Catch-up!

Oops… I have of course been sav­ing up great wed­ding blog posts for you over the last cou­ple of weeks, but with one thing and another I’ve been sat on my lit­tle list and haven’t got­ten around to shar­ing my best wed­ding blogs with you! So sorry…

Of course the good news is I’m here now, and I have some gor­geous real wed­dings, cre­ative ideas and dis­cus­sions to share with you. Here’s my best of the wed­ding blogs for the last cou­ple of weeks or so:

Real wed­ding blogs

• A stately home wed­ding at Stoneleigh Abbey — a mag­nif­i­cent venue and one of my favourite wed­ding blogs of the last few weeks.
• Pop Looks Bach Down the Aisle… irre­sistible title and a stun­ning wed­ding. The best part is, this will be on Eng­lish Wed­ding Blog very soon! Yay!
• A sub­lime Belle Epoque wed­ding, beau­ti­ful imagery and a cosy, loved-up, win­tery warm atmos­phere. Unmissable.
• A super­hero wed­ding with vin­tage styling and the loveli­est colour inspi­ra­tion you could pos­si­bly imagine!

• A Welling­ton Col­lege wed­ding — beau­ti­ful doc­u­men­tary wed­ding pho­tog­ra­phy, time­less style and venues to delight and amaze our eyes — I loved this and so will you.
• After­noon tea, vin­tage styling and ice creams… bun­dles of ideas from this whim­si­cal wed­ding!
• This 1930s inspired wed­ding is fab­u­lous! Love that dress…

• If you don’t know how much I love cal­lig­ra­phy, where have you been? This by my won­der­ful friend Scar­let Blue. She rocks. And she’s above Chanel in a wed­ding mag­a­zine (as she should be!)
• The unique tal­ent of Cakes by Beth — exquis­ite wed­ding cake design at Cake Inter­na­tional in Birm­ing­ham, and gor­geous images to show­case my favourite UK wed­ding cake designer bar none!
• Design Envy from Amma at Beyond Beyond. I love her. (It’s clearly rec­i­p­ro­cated… I’m “dis­gust­ingly tal­ented”.) Thank you Amma, you’re amazing!

• Con­fes­sions of a dis­abled bride — an eye-opener when it comes to wheel­chair access at wed­ding venues. A must-read for every­one (if you have one wed­ding guest who needs dis­abled access, you need to see this!)
• Don’t fear (the lit­tle haunt­ing girl of) your past — thoughts on accept­ing who you are, in the con­text of plan­ning a wed­ding. A great read.
